BASIC RATES & DISCOUNTS
Basic Cleaning Rates
- Base Rate: $0.10 per square foot
- Bedrooms: An additional charge of $10 per bedroom
- Bathrooms: An additional charge of $20 per bathroom
Example Calculation: For a 1,200 square foot home
with two bedrooms and a bathroom:
Base Rate: 1,200 sq ft x $0.10 = $120
Bedrooms: 2 x $10 = $20
Bathrooms: 1 x $20 = $20
Total: $120 + $20 + $20 = $160
- Grocery Shopping $20 to $40, depending on distance and the number of items.
- Delivery Services $15 to $30 for local deliveries; additional fees may apply for longer distances.
- Pet Care (walking, feeding): $15-$25 per visit. -
- Miscellaneous Errands: $10 to $20 per errand. -
- Personal Assistant Services: $30-$60 per hour.
